Bikram Yoga Brewster
This studio, named as the best in the area by the Cape Cod A-list, caters to travelers on vacation with a $55 special for a week of unlimited classes (drop-in classes are $20 each). They also note that classes are for beginners with no experience required, so this is a great place to start if you’ve always wanted to try yoga. Early morning and late afternoon classes comprise the summer schedule at Bikram Yoga Brewster.

Chatham Lighthouse Beach Yoga
If you’ve dreamed of practicing yoga with the relaxing sound of the waves crashing in the background, this outdoor class is for you. The yoga class takes place every day from 7:30 – 8:45 a.m. at the Chatham Lighthouse Beach; the cost is $10, and no preregistration is required. The beginner-appropriate practice focuses on strengthening the spine, creating space for breath, and improving relaxation and peace of mind.
